If you buy a ticket on an Instant Win draw, once your purchase is completed, there will be a red button at checkout which says “Reveal Results”. If you have won a prize the ticket number will be highlighted, and these can be cross referenced on the prize lists published online. If you have won a SITE CREDIT prize, this will be applied AUTOMATICALLY and you do not need to make contact with the team. If you win an Instant Win prize that IS NOT SITE CREDIT, please fill in a claim form at the “Claim my Prize” section of the website, and our friendly, professional team will assist in getting your prize out to you.

Absolutely, every prize on All Star Prizes (unless specified-i.e prepaid event tickets) has a Cash Alternative, which is always 70% of the Prize Value. If you win a prize and you would like to take the Cash Alternative or have the value in Site Credit, please select this option when filling out the claim form. If you are unsure of the prize values, please contact a member of our helpful team via Facebook.

We aim to process all pay-outs within 24 hours, however this can sometimes vary depending on external factors.

Delivery of prizes will depend on the delivery availability you have chosen in your claim form. Most physical prizes can be secured within 1-3 working days however this again can vary depending on stock levels and demand.

Our team does work weekends, however payments on a weekend cannot be guaranteed and weekend wins may be processed first thing Monday morning.

We aim to deliver most prizes ourselves with our friendly in-house delivery drivers, and where possible will try and get a quick photograph so we can share your win with the All Star Family.

Rest assured, once you have successfully completed the claim form online we will get all prizes, be it cash, site credit or physical prizes, processed as fast as possible.

These things happen…your phone dies, internet cuts out, call comes through. But don’t worry, all your tickets are safely stored in the “My Account” section of the website/app.

The scratch, coin flip and reveal results functions are just a novelty way of revealing whether you are a winner. If for whatever reason this function does not work, your purchase is still valid and the tickets issued will not change. Any wins will still be valid whether you revealed the winner by using the feature or not.

You can check your wins by going to the “Wins” section in My Account and choosing the Instant Win tab. Winners will also receive an email for each individual prize won.

The Progressive Jackpot is a pot of money that gets added to with every ticket sold. The Progressive Jackpot can drop at any time, with any purchase of any value. If you win the Progressive Jackpot you will receive a separate email letting you know that you have won. You can track the current value of the Progressive Jackpot by checking the large red banner on our Home Page.

Changing your personal details, such as name, address and phone number is really simple and you can do this yourself in the “My Account” section of the website/app.

Once you’ve opened the “My Account” section, simply click the “Billing Address” tab – and in here you’ll find the current name, address, phone number and email we hold for you.

To change it, simply enter your new details and click “Save Changes”

It’s really important that you keep these details up to date, so that we can contact you in the event of a win!
