Cash prizes can take 24 hours to be processed, we aim to complete all prize payouts the same day, however external factors can impact this timeframe. We aim to send all prizes using a same day/next day delivery service at our expense, however this is not always possible due to bank holidays, availability of stock etc. You accept that if a delivery is missed, you will have to re-arrange delivery personally with the shipping company, or reach out to our team for assistance. We will not be held liable for any items left in special places at the request of the winner e.g. shed, porch etc.
