Changing your personal details, such as name, address and phone number is really simple and you can do this yourself in the “My Account” section of the website/app.
Once you’ve opened the “My Account” section, simply click the “Billing Address” tab – and in here you’ll find the current name, address, phone number and email we hold for you.
To change it, simply enter your new details and click “Save Changes”
It’s really important that you keep these details up to date, so that we can contact you in the event of a win!
