Claiming a prize couldn’t be easier!
Once you have your winners email simply head to the website, and choose the “Claim my Prize” tab at the top (https://allstarprizes.co.uk/claim-my-prize/)
The secure form allows you to send us your bank details for payments, choose whether you would like the prize, cash alternative or site credit alternative, as well as specifics such as delivery times if you have chosen a physical prize, colours and much more.
We aim to process all payouts/order prizes within 24 hours.
If you are struggling with the form, our helpful team are always on hand via Facebook Messenger to help you in any way they can.
Please note – claims must be made via the form and not facebook messenger
